• CHIPS/Medicaid/Gold Card Enrollment: 2,500+
• Groceries: 5,000+ bags/boxes of food
• Wellness Classes: 60+
• Disaster Management: 1,000+
• Youth Development: 6,000+
• Health Counseling: 10,000+
• Mammograms/Prostate Exams: 300+
• Immunizations: 200+
• Cholesterol/Glucose Testing: 500+
• Caregiver support services: 3,800+ (rides, shopping, referrals, ramps, other)
